All services are customized based on client requirements.

3. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are indicated in Kyrgyz Soms (KGS), unless stated otherwise.
For international clients, payments may be made in USD or other agreed currencies.
The final price is determined based on the project scope and confirmed in the invoice.

4. Payment Terms
Payments are made based on an issued invoice.

For all projects 100% upfront payment is required.
Work begins only after receiving the full payment.

Payment confirmation is a receipt or bank confirmation.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible before the project starts.
Once work has begun, the upfront payment is non-refundable.
If the service is not delivered due to the provider’s fault, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation.

6. Revisions
Number of revisions is agreed per project.
Additional revisions may be charged.

7. Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally.
Deliverables are provided via:
– Email
– Cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and are agreed in advance.
No physical shipping is provided.

8. Intellectual Property
Full rights transfer after full payment.
Company retains right to showcase work in portfolio.

9. Liability

10. Termination
