Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:
B Graphix, registered under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
and
Client (individual or legal entity).
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to protect confidential information exchanged during cooperation related to IT services, including:
website development
software solutions
design projects
security audits
business automation
2. Confidential Information
Confidential information includes:
business strategies
technical documentation
source code
databases
project specifications
financial information
3. Obligations
Both parties agree to:
keep confidential information secret
not disclose it to third parties
use it only for the purpose of the project
4. Duration
This Agreement remains valid during the cooperation and for 3 years after project completion.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
