1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer in accordance with the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

By placing an order or making payment on the website https://bgraphix.tech, the Client fully accepts the terms of this agreement.

The service provider B Graphix, registered under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), offers IT services to individuals and legal entities worldwide.

The Contractor agrees to:

– Deliver services within agreed timelines
– Maintain quality standards

The Client agrees to:

-Provide required information
– Pay for services on time

2. Services

The Contractor provides:
– Website development
– Web design (UX/UI)
– Branding & Graphic Design
– CRM Automation
– Business Optimization
– Security Audit

All services are customized based on client requirements.

3. Ordering Process

The Client may order services through:

– the website order form
– online payment
– email or written agreement

After submitting a request, the Contractor may contact the Client to уточнить requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are made based on an issued invoice
Standard terms:
– 50% upfront payment before project start
– 50% upon completion

For small projects, 100% upfront may be required
Work begins only after receiving the initial payment
Payment confirmation is a receipt or bank confirmation

5. Delivery and Project Timeline

Deliverables are provided via:
– Email
– Cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and are agreed in advance.

Delays caused by the Client (late feedback, missing content, etc.) may extend delivery time.

No physical shipping is provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the final work are transferred to the Client only after full payment.

Until full payment is completed, all materials remain the property of the Contractor.

The Contractor may include the completed project in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality (NDA)

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information received during the project.

Confidential information includes:
– business data
– project documentation
– technical solutions
– customer databases

This obligation remains valid even after the project is completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Contractor is not liable for:
– Third-party services
– Hosting issues
– Client misuse

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible before the project starts
Once work has begun, the upfront payment is non-refundable
If the service is not delivered due to the provider’s fault, a partial or full refund may be issued
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation

10. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.
